You read for clinics that must never see each other. ZenRIS keeps each clinic in its own PACS archive, while your radiologists see them all: one worklist, in the browser, from anywhere.

Multi-tenancy in ZenRIS is not a filter over a shared database. Each client clinic is a separate institution inside your tenant, with its own PACS archive: its own storage, its own worklist, its own patients. A study from clinic A cannot reach clinic B, because their archives never touch.
At contract time, that is simple to state: the data stays separate by construction, not by promise. The audit log shows who opened it, at any time.

Above the isolated archives sits your pool. ZenTelerad gathers exams from every clinic into a single worklist, and ZenFlow distributes them on its own: subspecialty, modality, urgency, each radiologist's load. Nobody hands out cases by email anymore.
Each client has its own deadlines. You define them once — per exam type, per urgency — and every case enters the worklist with the clock running. What nears its deadline moves up. What passes it escalates.
New client, same day.
A new client is not an integration project. You create the institution in your tenant, configure the encrypted DICOM connection from the clinic's machines, define deadlines and rates. No installs on the clinic's workstations, no hardware keys. The first exam can hit the worklist the same day.
Clinic staff get accounts scoped strictly to their own archive: they send, track status, download the signed report.
A radiologist needs a browser. That's it.
The ZenView diagnostic viewer runs in the browser, with everything reading requires. The report is written in ZenReport, and ZenVoice takes voice dictation in Romanian, on the template agreed with the client.
Nothing gets installed at the radiologist's home: an account, 2FA, a URL. Anyone who wants a desktop viewer has options — ZenView Desktop or the RadiAnt integration. Options, not requirements.

Productivity reports answer exactly what clients and accounting ask: how many exams each radiologist read, in how much time, with what on-time rate — per client, per modality, per period. You pay contractors on numbers, not estimates. On-call and night coverage is planned in ZenShift, not in shared spreadsheets.
ZenBill keeps the books per client: volumes, exam types, the rates in each contract. Separate invoices, separate records. And if a client bills through CNAS (Romania's national health insurance house), that institution's reporting runs fully automatically through ZenAgent — no SIUI (the legacy desktop reporting app) on any desktop, no manual exports.
The data lives where you say.
