Every exam has a clear state — unreported, in progress, pending review, signed — and exactly one place in the list. One glance tells you what needs doing, who is working on what, and what is waiting for review.
One click opens the case: images in ZenView, the report editor beside them, in the same tab. When you sign, the case leaves the list on its own.

After the findings, ZenReport proposes a conclusion based on the report's text. Accept it, adjust it, or rewrite it from scratch — the proposal is a starting point, not a decision.

You sign straight from the editor. The case switches to “signed”, leaves the worklist, and the report becomes available in ZenPortal for the patient and the referring physician.
Every change stays in the history: who, what, when. Any version can be opened and compared with the signed one, and the audit log covers the whole flow, not just the signature.
The PDF is generated automatically, with the institution's letterhead. In a tenant with several institutions, each keeps its own letterhead and format — no per-report configuration.
